It was very challenging to shoot inside the temple. It is hard to gauge how the worshippers would react if they know that they are being photographed. Thanks to the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV’s silent shooting mode, I was able to shoot with ease without disturbing the people who are praying.

The 61 AF points of the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV is effective in pinpointing overlapping subjects in a busy temple. It also has an expanded AF system that tracks even the most erratic of subjects.

The Canon EOS 5D Mark IV’s full-frame 30.4 megapixel CMOS sensor with ISO range 100 – 32,000 makes it a winner for long exposure photography. I managed to capture a stunning long exposure sunset shot of New Taipei City that is sharp and with low noise throughout the frame.

Taipei is blessed with magnificent sanctuaries like the Longshan Temple, Wuji Tianyuan Temple and the Dalongdong Baoan Temple. These places are a landscapes’ and architecture photographers’ dream! The Multiple Exposure feature in the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV is a function that stacks numerous images to make one photograph. It is an intriguing function that allows the creation of a picture that captures the magnificence of a place and its environment.
