Ingredients for raspberry jam
3 kg raspberries
3 kg sugar

Preparation method for raspberry jam
1. Clean the raspberries. Put in a pan and cook gently until the juice begins to run, then simmer until soft.

2. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Boil rapidly until setting point is reached. Variation: For a better flavoured jam, but one that does not have such good setting quality, use 2.5 kg raspberries with the same amount of sugar. Boil the raspberries
 or 10 minutes, add the sugar and stir to dissolve, then boil rapidly to setting point.
