Ingredients for apricot jam
3 kg apricots
600 ml water
3 kg sugar

Preparation method for apricot jam
1. Wash, halve and stone apricots. Remove a few kernels and tie in a muslin bag.

2.Simmer the apricots with the water and kernels until tender and reduced by about half. Add the sugar, stir until dissolved, then boil to setting point.
