Give your old wicker box a makeover with spray paint
Transform an old wicker box with spray paint
 STEP 1: Unscrew the hinges to remove the lid then pry off the tacks underneath to take off the fabric. Remove the handles. Brush the wicker clean and vacuum inside.

Wicker is sturdy and durable, but it was time this old wicker box, used to hold boardgames, had a revamp to suit new Asian-inspired decor. The handles and hinges were bent and rusty, but the box was in good condition. It had survived two makeovers of white spray paint and the orange vinyl lid had been re-covered at least as many times.
